APP: If you find that you can no longer remember your password, there are only a handful of steps needed to reset.
1. You will first begin in the wallet by clicking the "CAN'T LOG IN?" link highlighted in the following:
2. When the page loads, you will select the "Forgot Password" button as shown here:
3. At this time, you will be required to enter the email address used to setup your account in the following text box and then press enter:
4. When you see the following, you will click "Ok" and then proceed to the EMAIL instructions below:
EMAIL: Once the above steps have been completed, you will need to open your email.
1. You should see the following email in your inbox:
2. Upon clicking the link within the body of the email, you should be directed to a page where you can enter your new password and click "Confirm" as indicated here:
3. At this time, the page will reload and display the following message if successful:
4. You have now successfully completed the Password Reset, and can return to your mobile wallet to login using your new password.
