Hoard and Live Customer Support!
The Hoard Customer Support team has officially launched a live chat option. This can be accessed by visiting the Hoard Support Portal.
Shortly after the portal loads on the bottom corner of your screen, the button becomes active (it's also accessible via the on mobile devices).
Click/tap to open the chat window. This will trigger the customer support session. These steps will include:
Start a "live chat session" (when the team is available during our support hours)
"Leave a message" (open a ticket)
"Ask" our friendly Hoard bot a question (if the Hoard bot is not able to answer your question or you need more information, please "leave a message")
