If your token balance is not appearing, please first try refreshing the wallet/app. If you have done this, next try checking the wallet address on the block explorer to confirm a balance there.
If no balance is shown, you will want to check the sending address on the block explorer to confirm if the missing balance was actually sent and recorded on the blockchain. If the missing balance was transmitted and is showing on the block explorer but not in the wallet, then submit a Support request at Support@HoardInvest.com including the following in the email:
Summary/overview of your request and what you would like Support to assist with
Screenshot relevant to the Support request you are submitting capturing the entire screen when possible
If you are seeing an error, list the steps taken to produce the error
Any additional details you feel are pertinent to the request you are submitting
Best number to reach you at should we need to contact you by phone
Relevant TXID if issue involves confirmation of transaction balances sent or received but not appearing as expected.
